Acadia Mezzofanti was elected a Professional Artist member of Copley Society of Art (Co|So) America's oldest non-profit art association. Copley Society of Art was founded in 1879 by the first graduating class of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. The Membership Committee (15 prominent artists as well as representatives from the Society's Board of Governors) completed a competitive two-round review of her work and of the 400 elected members she is the youngest.

Max Oxstrow

Max Ostrow completed his first semester at Bennington College and is doing a seven-week internship at Cinefamily in Los Angeles as part of his Bennington curriculum. Cinefamily is a nonprofit organization of movie lovers devoted to finding and presenting interesting and unusual programs of exceptional, distinctive, weird and wonderful films.

"I like the idea that objects in the Met's collection can be used as inspiration and raw material for new works. For that reason, when I recognized a model of a Met object 3D Notion, a recent exhibition of 3D-printed works at the Bruce High Quality Foundation University, I was immediately intrigued. The artist, Daniele Frazier, had incorporated a 3-D model of Jean Antoine Houdon's Bather (from a fountain group), a sculpture in the Met's collection." - Don Undeen
