Simone Salvo

Simone Salvo graduated from Bard College where she majored in Photography and Human Rights. She also completed a semester of intensive study in Bard's Globalization and International Affairs program in New York. She’s been teaching English and workshops on healthy relationships to recently immigrated Arabic-speaking women at the Arab-American Family Support Center in Brooklyn. This summer she worked with Rustic Pathways in South East Asia designing and leading experiential learning trips for high school students from around the world.

Art Forum: Blood

Whitney Vangrin founded a New York artists-run project, exhibition, and events space named 1:1 with fellow artists Jarrett Earnest, Leigha Mason and Alex Sloan. An article about the 1:1 exhibit "All the Best People" was published in the March 2013 issue of Art Forum. Whitney also appeared in director Grant Singer’s short film IRL. The film was selected into the 2013 Festival De Cannes Court Metrage short film category.

Caroline Woolard a Brooklyn based artist, collaborated with New York MoMA as part of the Department of Education’s Artists Experiment initiative to create the MoMA Studio: Exchange Café, a social space in the mezzanine of MoMA's Education and Research building that is dedicated to exchange-based practices.
